Yes. It's very sad.. :( ... We've all been so patient and hopeful...The scariest thing to do is look at the February list of unapproved petitions. I feel very bad for them...It's huge...and VSC just doesn't seem to have any desire to prioritize the K1 anytime soon. At least they are processing January...

one thing im kinda happy about right now is that there is some activity around my date and its not like they passed me and im here sitting 7-8 months but who to tell...........its not too late yet. hoping for an approval this week. uscis really testing the strenght of our relationship

I am usually a big believer in having a positive attitude and positive thoughts even though I have lost it a bit recently (thank you USCIS!)

Our thoughts determine how we feel, and often determine what we can accomplish. As Napoleon Hill once said, “What your mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve.” Let's send those positive thoughts to the universe and we will get what we are waiting for! I know it's hard but let's think very positive today, like we haven't in the past 6 months and it will happen! you will see! just don't let me down, only positiveness here today! :dance:

Yes. Agreed. I guess the one thing we have to remember.. At least it's not just one petition left behind. There really seems to be a problem there...So although it's not what we wanted. Many of us are in this together. It would be very scary if they were processing February (with consistency) and a few of us were left behind like this....Let's just hope the wait is over sooner rather than later. :thumbs:

I understood it before...But this process has made me realize it even more...Always expect the unexpected..99% of the time things will not go according to plan...Especially when you put your fate in the hands of an organization like USCIS...And today our numbers are up! they need to be.

Yes. It's very disappointing. I understood it before...But this process has made me realize it even more...Always expect the unexpected..99% of the time things will not go according to plan...Especially when you put your fate in the hands of an organization like USCIS...And today our numbers are up! they need to be.

I am not too religious but I love something one old man told me ones: you want to make GOD laugh, tell him you have a plan :D

at 189 days it's now getting beyond frustrating..it's hard to say if the VSC is just incompetant or lazy..

I recently found this email address for complaints to the VSC..maybe if we all flood them with emails and complaints about the delays and lack of service maybe we will get some action..or at the very least some personal satisfaction to vent..good luck..(189 days and waiting) vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov
