Yeah. It's torture. I felt the same way when I left Dominican after our vacation. This is just taking so long. And even the rate of approvals on VJ has remained abysmal. I would think we'd be seeing more than 1 or 2 a day right now...Hopefully tonight will yield something.

TO add insult, there is CSC list thats already almost half way for march filers. A full 2 months after we filed :crying:

I know how difficult it is to walk away at the airport!! :crying: I thought the last time I did that would be the last time I had to say goodbye to my love... but since USCIS is taking soooooo frigging long, we decided to sneak in one more trip... may this be the last...

Keep your chin up! She will be in your arms again very soon dj!! :)

Yeah we thought so too but after all Terry bought a ticket few min ago to see me on September 2. Really exciting as I am going to take him to see my hometown and meet my family...we will also have more proof for the upcoming interview if what we have is not good enough :) After all USCIS did us a favour , we thought this was our last goodbye in February but there will be one more :) i believe the last one this time :)

Our congressmans person sent us another email today saying: "John, My liaison has contacted the officer handling this case and we should be expecting action to be taken shortly"

Jan 18 - July 18 (we officially hit the 6 month mark today)

After that email my fiance let her know we are eligible for an expedite (5 months plus 30 days rule)so we will see if she will take it from there or not.

Will keep you posted... However I believe the approval (decision) would come soon anyway.
