This is very encouraging. I hope they don't slow down in handing those out before they get to my fiance's. When is your interview Photomile? If you don't want to give the full date will you tell us the month? I'm curious to know how far out they actually schedule those. The rumor is 3 months but I want to know exactly. Thanks!

Congrats, I just called nvc and got my case number this morning. Hang in there. Prayers for others.

I don't want to be a douche and bring up the whole "CSC maybe faster than VSC but sucks at sending petitions to NVC" thing again, but "CSC maybe faster than VSC but sucks at sending petitions to NVC" :D

1/17/12: Mailed Original I129F packet via USPS with signature confirmation to Dallas Lockbox

1/19/12: Packet received at Dallas Lockbox

1/24/12: Received text message notification at 12:47am central time stating packet was received and our case number

1/24/12: Received E-Notification in email that I129F packet was being sent to VSC for initial review

1/27/12: Received NOA1 in US mail

7/12/12: Received text notification at 3:45pm central time stating our case had been updated *APPROVED!*

7/15/12?: Received NOA2 in US mail (not sure of this date)

7/20/12: NVC forwarded case to London Embassy

7/27/12: Fiance received letter from London Embassy stating they'd received our case and instructions for obtaining interview

7/30/12: Fiance mailed DS 156, DS 156K, DS 230, DS 157, DS 2001 to London Embassy

8/20/12: Medical

8/31/12: Called DOS and was told interview date: 10/3/12

9/3/12: Sent email to London Embassy requesting interview date be changed

9/5/12: Received response from London Embassy (via email) stating interview date had been changed to 9/10/12

9/7/12: Received new letter from London Embassy with new interview date & time

9/17/12: Received Visa in the mail

Sabi - I don't know how you did it when you made your chart! I decided to try making a Feb chart for people around my NOA1 date... and I've gone through over 200 petitions, and I'm still on the same NOA1 date as me! LOL - there are over 40 people with Feb 13 NOA1s so far.

(The good news is EAD docs seem to move pretty quickly) ;)

I've spent days! on that... but the trick was to go through every 10th petition as I129F tend to be together... I probably missed a lot in between but I also found hundreds of them and a bit for each day just as an idea :) I wouldn't go one by one as that would take months :P

Checked some more of the 1/18s received around mine. No movement whatsoever. Last petition approved in my group was July 11th...Hope we see something happening tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday...We all know how Fridays go by now...Shocked we didn't have at least one approval today yet...this is definitely the worst VSC has been in a very long time. oh well 180 days here I come..(I guess if I count my received date, I'm already there). It is not pleasant at all......

you can all forget about the service request... we rang today and got a reply from tier 2 that we got a respond to our service request and it just says that they got our service request and it might take up to 90 days to hear anything... it took Terry 50 minutes on the phone to hear that... oh yeah I forgot and they process January 9! I swear I feel like giving up... I don't even want to move there anymore! I am so sick of it!

Sabi don't give up! Yeah they are bunch of a$$holes working there however why would you let them ruin your love and happiness?

Yeah it's the most ridiculous process and this is what we get for following the rules and law but take it this way,

Our relationships are getting stronger and we might not spend most of this year with the loved ones but after this ####### is over we will be spending many many happy years together!

Don't give up! We are almost there!
