Still no NOA2 here either...

I just collected my medical results and if i can suggest something guys, ask your doctor to give you a copy of the entire medical! Otherwise you will only get a copy of DS 3025 which is vaccine record only. However , when you have a copy of the entire medical and USCiS loses your results ( which happens very often) when you apply for AOS, you wont have to go to a doctor in the US just send them a copy of your medical and you save a lot of money just a Suggestion that can save you some time and money later on

I can echo this. I've seen a load of threads where the medical has been 'lost' at POE. I'm not taking chances!

In Ireland you don't need to have a case number to undertake a medical examination, all you need is a passport number... There is a risk of course as the medical is valid one year but a lot of us here are willing to take it to speed things up once we are approved

I'm so sorry for all of you VSC filers. I know how a few approvals, even if it's not yours yet, can lift your spirit up.... All this wait is so NOT FAIR!! Even tho CSC seems to be getting forward, mine hasn't been approved yet and I'm getting really frustrated that I'm not even enjoying my summer that much!

C'mon c'mon USCIS, approve all january filers!!!

At least the most recent update to processing times (6/15) maintains the 5 month timeframe at VSC...so they'll have to do something soon or that will become an impossibility for most people.

You know, I remember when I got my NOA1 and I was so happy we were being processed by VSC... then someone here on VJ said to me those words: be careful what you wish for as Vermont might slow down one day and you will regret you are not in CSC... ironic isn't it?

yeah VSC is 5 months but when you check the national estimation it's 5.7 so basically almost 6 months... that's why when you ring them just after passing the 5 month mark, they still tell you , that you are within the processing time... that means middle of July for us and moving in October if we are lucky... but if they don't start moving those petitions out of the way, I can't see that happening... ehhh I am just having a bad day today!

I feel the same way Sara... I seem to be obsessing over getting approval just so we can move on to the next phase of this process (which will be another lengthy wait)... it seems I am not able to enjoy anything... The only thing I do enjoy is getting into bed at night knowing that I'm one day closer ... I think it's the not knowing the timing is what is killing me... At least once we can get an interview date we can gauge the timing and I'll have that date to look forward to... right now.... no date... don't even know what month... I wanted to be there before next school year starts for the kids.. but that's not going to happen... which is going to make it tougher for them... starting a new school mid-year.

I wasn't a happy bunny when we got confirmed at CSC (altho I knew it would have been there..) feel a bit more positive now, but frustrated at the same time... I see they are getting closer but scared they might just jump onto february and leave us "late january" in the dark for a long time... aaaaah!

exactly! I wouldn't mind the wait as long as I had a date to countdown to!I could then just sit down and plan...I know what you mean by enjoying going to sleep, I am the same! Going to bed with a thought that tomorrow we will wake up to some approvals... waking up at night and checking my email and making sure my fiance wasn't ringing me with some good news...

Lol, sabi & texas22, I'm the exact same!!! I wish there was an "expiry date" to this process.. you know... like when you apply to something and you know the latest you can hear from them is x date....
