I have a Jan. 17th NOA1 so I feel your pain. There have been a few approved on the website in the past week, so I think we're next!

Yup let's hope we're next guys! It will be interesting to see if all the 2/09 touches come through around the same time.

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

8/28/12 - Information Received from Embassy via mail

Yup let's hope we're next guys! It will be interesting to see if all the 2/09 touches come through around the same time.

If 3 or 4 of us get an approval at once, that's going to be a lot of pages of congrats messages. But I can definitely see a lot of us getting approved at once. I would peruse the December thread to see if anything similar happened, but it would be too depressing.

How can we know how much petition had been received on a specific date ?

I don't believe that information is readily available in real-time from the USCIS. I know they publish information on the types of petitions, which countries, etc., but that usually is done as a recap of the previous fiscal year in the next. Thus, you'd likely have to wait until after October 1, 2012 to see any information on the current fiscal year. (Federal government's fiscal year runs from October 1 - September 30.)

Flipped open the iPad one last time before bed and...... THE EMAIL!!!!!!! Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shaking and crying and best of all got to turn to Andrew and kiss him right away.... On our 3rd anniversary, no less!!!!!!!! What an amazing week - all we wanted was noa2 by the time he left. Amazing feeling. Hope you all get to feel it soon.
