Well, to keep up with a 5 month pace, both cali and vermont need to approve 15 VJ members (each) per week for the entire month. Can't get too much worse, I have good hopes for many happy members soon!!! Good luck all...

Yes...They've already started behind too. Lost another day today...Maybe we'll see some approvals appear in the morning...but I'm not counting on it. So far another RFE from December was greenlighted but that's about it...We've got a ways to go..

1/17/12: Mailed Original I129F packet via USPS with signature confirmation to Dallas Lockbox

1/19/12: Packet received at Dallas Lockbox

1/24/12: Received text message notification at 12:47am central time stating packet was received and our case number

1/24/12: Received E-Notification in email that I129F packet was being sent to VSC for initial review

1/27/12: Received NOA1 in US mail

7/12/12: Received text notification at 3:45pm central time stating our case had been updated *APPROVED!*

7/15/12?: Received NOA2 in US mail (not sure of this date)

7/20/12: NVC forwarded case to London Embassy

7/27/12: Fiance received letter from London Embassy stating they'd received our case and instructions for obtaining interview

7/30/12: Fiance mailed DS 156, DS 156K, DS 230, DS 157, DS 2001 to London Embassy

8/20/12: Medical

8/31/12: Called DOS and was told interview date: 10/3/12

9/3/12: Sent email to London Embassy requesting interview date be changed

9/5/12: Received response from London Embassy (via email) stating interview date had been changed to 9/10/12

9/7/12: Received new letter from London Embassy with new interview date & time

9/17/12: Received Visa in the mail

We were RFE'd on May 7th....responded and still waiting, 3wks today!!!

Interview Monday 27th August 2012

207 days since NOA1.

Tommy arriving Saturday 25th August

Yipee!!!

APPROVED!!!!

Tommy went home 5th Sept

Visa arrived in mail 5th Sept

POE Dublin on Oct 3rd 2012

Looking into some numbers... CSC has approved a few yesterday, most of them were 6th jan but had a very few approvals on 25th jan too. I am praying that mine is gonna be in the right box, dont want to be left aside for months and months!

Im pretty sure VSC had a few more approvals than what appears on here!

23 Jan 2012: sent I-129F

01 Feb 2012: received hard copy NOA1

28 June 2012: NOA2

18 July 2012: LND case number

25 July 2012: sent packet 3 docs

28 July 2012: Packet 3 received

30 July 2012: medical done

09 Aug 2012: Packet 4 received

14 Aug 2012 8am: interview: APPROVED!

20 Aug 2012: VISA received!!

06 Oct 2012: POE in Anchorage (AK)

10 Nov 2012: Wedding in California

Jan 10, 2013: email/text notification of receipt of all 3!

Jan 19, 2013: biometric letter received

I hope you're right Sabi. This wait has become absolutely tortuous. Our petitions need some action. It's crazy to think some petitions filed at the end of December were approved almost 2 months ago...

Why is VSC doing this to us, haven't we all suffered long enough being away from our significant other long enough. why January peeps have to go through all this. NOA2 is long over due. We are all hitting the 5 months mark and there haven't been even 30% approval so far according to VJ stats. Really wanted to have our wedding in the summer and not the fall :crying:

To be honest nothing's over due... You have still 3 more weeks to go , to hit the 5 months mark and I think that's when we can start complaining... For the moment we are still within the processing time... All I am hoping for is no RFE and not having to wait longer than 5 months at this stage...

Our Jan 9th application hasn't been touched since Jan 12th.....and I really am going crazy b/c the country where we live is getting more violent by the day...but I can't afford a plane ticket to the US only to buy another one to come back for the interview! Sooooo here we are, hoping that the VJ timeline saying this week will be it is true!

July 5, 2012 NVC rec'd and new case number given

July 9, 2012 Left NVC en route to Honduras! :)
