I always wonder if they segregate petitions by those who are divorced, have children etc... I really think it is the case.

I guess so. It would make sense to put those kind of petitions into their own pile since they'll require additional work or additional processing.

Out of the few day 19 I am looking at close to mine (Rec 11 Jan, NAO1 12 Jan), 2 are approved out of 6... But those were approved April 24 and 30...

Okay January filers, let's get some approvals this week! I'm really hoping for an approval in the next few weeks so we can get this process moving. I reread that interview from 2007 just now and it really helped!

I hope so, next monday is holiday, so friday may be slow as well due to additional holiday time for the long weekend... keeping fingers crossed for man y approvals this week!!!

oh yeah that holiday! I forgot! Oh well let's hope they will speed it up a bit! I really can't wait when we are all approved and we can start talking about preparing to our interviews instead of approval !

Yes. The Holiday could really affect the approvals toward the end of the week, but we'll see what happens. *fingers crossed*

From what I can tell after punching in hundreds of CSC numbers they are not always completed in order. As of yesterday:

WAC1290100037 - WAC1290100052 (dated: 05-Dec-11) only one had an RFE, the others were all under initial review. The same for WAC1290110091 - WAC1290110099 (also dated 05-Dec-11) and WAC1290112415 - WAC1290112420 (dated 12-Dec-11). However, the batch WAC1290113395 - WAC1290113417 which is a higher number and so theoretically put on the system after all those other batches listed (but still listed as 12-Dec-11), has mostly approvals with only a few still under initial review.

From what I can tell, a pile of 1-129Fs are batched together onto the system and these are processed in order, but different batches on the same day can be processed days apart, presumably because different batches = different people.

Now those people who were having difficulty locating some December dates to keep an eye on can play with those number above.

HI; A question for you. Do you locate the actual information somehow from the USCIS site or do you get all info from the VJ site. VJ site is dependant upon members updating their information. I was tracking approvals from VSC and I concluded that approx. 3 to 4 get done each calendar day. It is difficult to make projections. CSC center seems to be working a little further out. I suspect the typical time to be about 4 to 5 months. Oddly enough some get approved very quickly, others longer. Just have to wait. Mike

Overall, They receive about 2000 per month, per service center, and would on average approve 100 per day for 20 working days per month. VJ represents about 5% of total.
