So it's been over four months since we submitted our application, Noa1 of January 11. We're still not able to track our case online. It says "your case could not be found at this time..." Has anyone else had this problem? I'm nervous Because I've been following this thread for a while And it seems like everyone is able to see their case... Help??

It happens sometimes..You'll just have to contact customer service directly if you wanted to attempt to find a resolution or to get a case update. Hopefully we start hearing of some more approvals soon. Today was slooowwwwww....

1/13/12 - I-129F Petition Submitted to Dallas Lockbox

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

8/28/12 - Information Received from Embassy via mail

9/12/12 - Interview (Approved)

9/19/12 - Visa Received via Elin Ltd. (FedEx)

10/05/12 - POE

Mine does this too. I have called and they say it is software glitch, but not to worry, you are still in there for normal processing.

Looks like we have an answer to one of our question why some people with later dates are approved earlier:

"The reason for some hanging so long could be several. One could be an RFE and while the officer is waiting for the response he is working more current dates. In other words more and more applications are getting in front of the RFE'd application. Another reason could be that the boxes that are staged on the shelves are chosen at random by the officers. For some reason a box of files might sit longer on the shelf than another. Usually not more than a day at the most though. Or the officer could be hording a box at his desk (for some strange reason) and then goes on vacation and doesn't scan them out of his name and back into (return) them to the system so they can be picked up by someone else to work. So it sits for awhile."
