There's no holidays in the US until end of May so hopefully they will get back on track now :) I really can't wait to start seeing those January filers getting approved :) we're next guys!!! Hang in there :)

Hey guys, *something* is happening at CSC... I received another 'touch' today. I know that it may mean absolutely nothing, but I am excited all the same. Did any other January CSC filers get touched today?

14/01/2012: Mailed off I-129F

20/01/2012: NOA1

19/06/2012: NOA2 (no RFEs)

26/07/2012: Medical

02/10/2012: Interview Date - approved!

25/10/2012: POE - Chicago O'Hare

24/01/2013: Applied for AOS/EAD/AP

19/03/2013: EAD/AP approved

21/03/2013: AOS interview scheduled for 24/04/2013

24/04/2013: Interview - Approved!

11/05/2013: Green Card received.

I went to check straight away but nope, ours hasn't been touched.. I still hope tho that our turn for january filers is coming soon!! fingers crossed!!

Yes. We all seem to have similar touch dates..Feels so close. Hoping VSC adjudicates a substantial portion of the December petitions over the next two weeks. It would be great to see the first January approvals begin with early May or maybe even a few slip in late April...Maybe the pace will accelerate with the holidays being over..you would think there wouldn't be too much slowing them down now.

Hi I am new here, I also filed January 2012. I've noticed that most of you here have been touched once or twice already, while our application hasn't been touched at all. Does that mean anything? I am really hoping to get the NOA2 as soon as possible.
