My husband is a US citizen and I just got married with him just a few days ago here in california. I have 2 kids ages 10 and 13 years old and they are in the Philippines. This are my questions: NOTE: MY HUSBAND IS THE PETITIONER

1. As for my application, what forms do I need to fill up?

2. As for my US citizen husband, what forms does he needs to fill up, too?

3. What other forms do we need to fill up?

4. Since my US citizen husband is the petitioner for the 3 of us(wife and my 2 kids), do he needs to fill-up

I-130 separately from me as his wife and for my 2 kids? Or, do he needs to fill up I-130 per person(me), another I-130 for my eldest daughter,

and another I-130 for my youngest son? OR, I-130 form for me and one I-130 for my minor kids? which is which? Please help me.

This will be a big help for us. Thanks in advance.

How did you get to the USA? Ie were you a K1 fiance, or are you here as a tourist or on a work visa? If the later, do you intend to return home, then immigrate with your kids?

I came here through tourist visa B1 and B2 and i overstay here. Then i got married to an american citizen with 2 minor kids in the Philippines.
