A few days ago my husband and I spent about an hour filling out the DS-160 online for my in-laws and brother-in-law to come to visit. We didn't have the photos yet so we saved the application. We wrote down the application ID and answered a security question. Now, when we go to retreive the application it asks for the ID number but it also asks a security question we never answered (home phone number when you were a child) as well as the first five letters of the surname and year of birth. Every time we enter in this information it says it is not correct. I know we have the last name and birth date correct but we're not sure about the phone number since we never answered this question - but the error message states that all 3 are wrong. Has anyone experienced this before? We would really hate to have to start from scratch but don't know what other options we have.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
