here is the way i see it... you read the form and make sure you understand it and then you either sign it or you dont sign it. its your choice... no point whining about it

Exactly. Bringing a foreign relative to the USA has requirements. You comply or they don't immigrate to the USA. No amount of debate, whining or complaining will change the rules. They are there to protect the rest of us from supporting the immigrating relative.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Wow! Yes it is a big thing to bring your spouse over and yes that document puts a burden on you if you decide to split up but surley this can not have come as a surprise to you?

If my husband started to have these kinds of thoughts this late in the process as you guys are I'd be well upset!

Yes, we have both spoken about this document and he is AGAST that I have to sign it.

I want cheese with my whine!! lol
