Finally, sent our petition off today! Was so scared/nervous that I had missed something or should have added more...this is so nerve wrecking! But I hesitantly sent it priority. The only good thing now is that if I did miss something or they need more information or evidence I'll know exactly what and can send it, ASAP. I want to thank those who responded to my questions in the past; it was so helpful. Now, it's just a waiting game...I'm not a patient person but my fiance is keeping me calm...I love that about him...I'm neurotic and he's a cool customer ALWAYS! So, wish us luck and I will do the same for you guys! :D

Thanks, everybody! Coming here make this "journey" so much easier...

I talked to my fiance the night I sent the petition off and he was, of course, calm...I needed to hear his voice to reassure me that everything would be ok! He trusted me to do this on my own(I wanted an attorney) and I don't want to let him or myself down. But, I could hear the undertone of excitement in his voice! I wished I could just hold him or he could hold me. we are so happy and deeply in love even over the miles. It's trying at times but I am to keeping the faith that we will be together for the rest of our lives. Well, just checked USPS tracking and petition was received at Dallas lock box yesterday...now waiting for NOA1! :thumbs:
