Hello fellow VJ followers...i'm a newbie with this, and I think that this site is great for all of us!

Just needed to know if anyone has any info on timelines for I-130 Process, to the interview and finally thei green card.

We filed the I-130 on Novemebr 1st, 2011 and it wasw received on November 14th, 2011.

My question is, how long does it take to process the I-130, and what form is next, and what info is needed.

My wife is an american citizen, and I'm a Canadian citizen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and many thanks! :)

Additional info. Typically speaking, depending on where you file your petition the timelines differ and can just subject to additional and further review however for the most part the I-130 can take on average 5-7 months. I have seen instances however of it taking 1 month or 9 months.

I already provided you with some links for timelines. Also if you visit your country's portal (the counrty of the beneficiary) there are additional timelines in there that you can tap into.

Here is some additional information and links that might be helpful to understanding the process, the forms you will need, the documents you will need, etc:
