Everything is signed and dated.

Do you mean the letters/forms are signed and dated where signatures/dates are required, or that everything is signed and dated? I am almost ready to send my I-129F package myself, and I haven't seen any instructions everywhere saying to sign/date every single thing I include, so I'm curious.

Otherwise, looks pretty much like what I am including! (Which could, of course, mean that we are both wrong.) How are you including/labeling your photos?

(I'm the beneficiary, my fiance the US petitioner)

I mean all letters and forms. We have not signed copies of passport, certificate of Naturalization etc. I don't think you need to.

On the back of each picture we have written the date, place and the names of those in the picture.

I'm trying to figure out how to assemble the whole thing. Attach each photo with the corresponding boarding pass etc. Or collect them all in a clear zip lock bag or something else?

Opinions?

Signature only where it is required.

Perhaps arrange your photos in a small photo album.

Check, check! All pages and front and back!

Even though the two stamps in my passport I want them to see are on the same page....

One last question. We have answered every question or written NONE or N/A. But on the form, do we need to write N/A in spaces in connection to a question already answered N/A. Example:"Former husband or wife:" N/A and then we can leave it blank in "First name:", "Date of birth" etc...? Just checking....

No need for a photo album. It is too bulky for the petition. Sticking the pictures (if they're not printed on regular paper) in a plastic baggy is fine. USCIS frowns upon binders and such when sending in applications/petitions.

Leave the rest blank. You've already answered the question and if it's a no, then USCIS has no interest in the rest. Same with kids, when you don't have any; first box is the only one which needs to not be blank.

I did a scan of boarding cards, some were one the same page. ATM receipts were on the same page. Made 2 copies and kept the originals, same with bank statement. As long as the photos are dated correctly and match your visits it shouldn't be a problem for USCIS to figure it out. I'd put the primary evidence first, and then the secondary so they'll see the passport stamps, ATM receipts etc. first - that's the most important evidence.

Good luck. :)

This is very helpful!

My photos are all digital, so I can either have them printed as individual prints at a drugstore on real glossy photo paper, or print them myself on cardstock (color laser). Are the "real" prints inherently better in any way, or is it just as good to print them myself (which has the advantage of allowing multiple images to be grouped together on one sheet and more easily captioned)?

Yeah, I know some people have done this on their petitions just fine. I've seen people suggest no more than 4 pictures to a sheet. It's really up to you. Just as long as the picture quality is clear and nice.
