i got a blue slip after my interview because they were not satisfied with it..and said they are satified for everything else..i took the picture again and submitted it at the embassy on the same day..now they gave me a yellow slip and asked to visit there on 25th jan..any idea what does that mean ?

Hmmmmm, that could mean many things so please don't make bad assumptions and get stressed over. Does the yellow slip state the fact?

The specified date is really near, so don't worry much and show up on that day and find out what is it about. Good thin is that they may approve you and give you your passport back with the stamp and other papers and the worst may happen is that they may put you on AP for further processing, which isn't something to worry about except for the wait time. Logically I am thinking that they didn't prepare your packet for the picture and once thy are happy with it, they are taking the time to prepare all docs; however this is my opinion and not based on facts or proofs.

Feel good and keep your head high, and things will be okay soon.

Good luck and best wishes for both of you.

noo the yellow slip just have a serial number and the lady wrote 25th jan and the time ..though the consular officer told me she is satisfied with everything just prob with my passport photo..and to submit the passport and the form with 2 copy new passport picture..

I am sure it has more than just a serial number. Does it have other numbers (like 221g or something else)? What does it say on the (in short) the slip?

As I said earlier, this could even mean that you will show up and pick up your passport.

ok at first they gave me that greenish blue paper..and they only checked on the photo option like only i hv prob with my photo..n told me to submit my 2 copy passport photo along with dis form and passport..so when i did submit it...they gave me a yellow slip which is just like a sticky note with a serial number where she wrote the date n time to visit inshaAllah..
