The same here. Revived NOA2 on Jan. 9th

Calling NVC daily. The only answer I get is that it takes up to 15 business days for them to receive the case from USCIS.

Keep doing the same and keep getting the same response. Although I did call USCIS today and was told it was sent out and they gave me the batch number it was in. They said call the NVC in a week and let them know the batch number. I guess they get sent there in a big pile and the NVC is slow sometimes to sort through it and get it in the system.

I am on the phone with USCIS right now. Trying to be as polite as possible… I am being transferred to a different agent with possibly more information. The person I was talking to started to read me some general information (maybe he learned it and was reading it to me like a poem). He told me that K1 is not being send to NVC and goes directly to an Embassy and it takes up to 90 days.

I am on hold waiting for a different person and trying not to explode. Why do they give people wrong information?!?!?!?!

I asked them to give me the batch number my file was send to NVC, so I have some reference.

I got to a tier 2 person as well and she told me what you already know and I already knew. It is going to NVC from USCIS. But when I mentioned the batch number to her, she told me she hears it for the first time and there is no such number. She also told me that as far as she knows, the file can still be at USCIS but she cannot confirm.

I guess I just need to be more patient like I was during the NOA2 almost 4 month wait. :)

we received our NOA2 Jan 9th and still the NVC hasn't received the petition should we be worried?

Did you try to press option 2 for information on K visas when you called the NVC? I was trying option 1(automated response system) for a while and then found out that I should be trying option 2. Someone said that option 1 is no opiated so often and it might be 3 weeks after you case has been sent to the Embasy.

Hope you figure it out!

think the best thing to do is be calm and try to be patient. If you've got your noa2 then it's either being put in the system at nvc or on it's way to NVC. I don't think NVC can deny you petition but they can send it back to USCIS if you forgot to check a box (or something) that USCIS didn't catch it. If that happens they'll update your status.

Same here,. NOA2 was approve on the 9th and NVC still hasn't received it.,

NOA2 was approved Jan 18th, so I still got some waiting to do. They said they haven't received it either. They are probably a little backed up because of Christmas holidays last month
