Hello everybody,

On the K-1 visa petition down on the bottom it ask if i had ever petition someone before for a visa and i said yes, but when my ex wife left she took everything that had anything to do with her getting here meaning her A# and all the paper work we did on her as all of her other stuff like her Social security card ,drivers lic. and so on. So i had to add a page to that part explaining that i didn't have the A# but the other day i was on my mothers P.C and was looking up my EAC# for my petition now and my old one came up so that means i now have the EAC# from my first petition for the fiancee visa. Does anyone know who do i contact about maybe getting my ex's A# from the EAC# i found. All help is greatly appreciated.

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways, you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness. There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body, soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

Sorry.... so you work for the USCIS? If so then answer this? why is that i can't get even a sorry i can't help you,try this or anything? Sorry again to offend you but i'm not the only one who feels this way about the Government here in the USA. I just have the balls to tell it like it is! And have a right to do so because i served my country.

Try Again. I'm a military retired Veteran - 20 Years USAF, with 15 years spent overseas in some not-so-nice places.

No I don't work for the USCIS, I work for DoD, but my sister recently retired from the VSC in St Albans after many years service.

The people in the service centers bust some serious butt to get those petitions out as fast as possible without making mistakes. They are chronically understaffed and not overpaid

despite the rubbish they report in the press.

I'm sorry if you didn't get a response to your email, but that doesn't mean they are not going to answer you. Which email address did you send your request for help, and which phone number did you call? Just

like in the military, government offices frequently change staff and office locations. Sometimes phone numbers and email addresses that were listed fall through the cracks during these moves and the changes don't get posted promptly. Did

anyone answer the phone number that you called, and what did they say? How long ago did you send the email? You have no timeline posted, and it's doubtfull that the TSC is handling your case, If you can provide this info we may be able to help you.

Brain....

Didn't mean to step on toes here! nor get off on the wrong foot either so let's start over ok? The reason there's no time line is because it's not for the petition i'm working on now, I have done this before back in 08 for my now ex wife I petition her on a fiancee visa everything went fast the first time around. Long story short she left one day while i was at work after only a year together here in the U.S. The thing is she took every paper there was that had to do with her i mean everything (every piece of paper of the whole process in doing a petition)which makes me think she wasn't on the up and up? So when i petition for my fiancee now it ask if i had petition before and wanted the Name,Where i did it and the A# but like i said i don't have it but i found the EAC# from when i filed the first time in 09. I did try another place after you replied and that person was nice enough to write back and say they couldn't help and gave me some other options. There's no reason not to at least do that it doesn't take but a few minutes to try to help someone. I know TSC wouldn't handle this but i would think VSC would being that's where i petition the first time. And sent them a email and called but got a busy signal every time. I hope i don't need it but want to have it just in case.I did this the about 6 months ago and a few weeks ago. maybe i'll try the new info i got and see where that takes me. Thanks
