My case hasn't gotten to the NVC yet. It seems that the CSC is still sitting on some of the petitions.

Thanks Gary! :)

Your case hasn't got to NVC yet? I hadn't anticipated further delays. When will this drama end?!

They acknowledged our second RFE today - I'm hoping to have my NOA2 on your list next week!!!

I see that there are 24 people from March. I hope and pray that they get theirs soon. 6 months is just crazy! to wait!

Thanks again, Gary! As elated as I am for finally getting my IMBRA RFE and looking over many people's timelines where most are now getting their approvals soon after the RFE, I'm still dismayed by the number of people that are still left over from March, April and May - while CSC seems to continue to approve July petitions.

I'm curious if anybody knows how each petition is handled once an adjudicator is assigned to it? Obviously, the officer must juggle more than one petition at a time because as soon as the need an RFE, they can't go any further with the petition. But for those who've mailed back their RFE's more than a month ago, I'm wondering what the hell happened? Is the adjudicator processing other petitions? What keeps them from 'losing' a petition under a pile, or forgetting about it as petitions pile up? How many petitions are assigned to one officer at a time? Do they have a quota to meet?

I just think about your situation, Gary - where you had to get your Senator involved. Once your Senator contacted them, you got your approval soon after. So I'm guessing that petitions get pushed aside and forgotten at times? Wish I could make sense of it all.

Thanks Gary! I've become a bit spoiled and look forward to seeing this updated list each Saturday morning. I can't imagne how much time you spend getting this ready for us. You are a dreamboat! (F)

It's wonderful to finally see most of March, April and May completed, but my heart goes out to those still waiting! Come on CSC...where are these NOA2s? There is no excuse for this!

How are things going with your post NOA2 journey? Wishing you and Luz a quick reunion! (L)

Thanks again Gary, you rock! I got an RFE though, I wonder how many others got RFE's - (hint) :P

I know you spend A LOT of time doing this, and I don't know how much more work it would be to add the RFE's in, but I thought I'd offer the suggestion anyway :)

From just a quick look at the March NOA1's that are still outstanding, most have thier RFE's - of those that dont have thier RFE's - most of those have never posted to VJ at all - I go to find thier posts and the system says there are none. I think maybe 'active' should be re-defined to include those who have actually been participating in the forums. I could only find one other person that did not have thier RFE that is actually participating in the forums here.
