Hi,

I am filling out the G-325A form and have a few questions.

1.) If my name is Fred Johnson III, where will the Roman Numerals go on the form? I was thinking of putting it in the Family Name box...as "Johnson III". Is that correct or should it be as "Johnson, III"? My US Passport is "Johnson III" but my California Drivers License is "Johnson, III".

2.) For anywhere that it says "Country", should I list it as "U.S.A", "USA" or "United States"?

3.) I thought I saw somewhere that the G-325A is to be signed at the Embassy Interview. Is that incorrect??? Both individual G-325A's should be signed by the Petitioner & Beneficiary when they are sent in with the I-129F, correct?

Thanks for your help,

J

yes, both need to be signed when they are sent in with the I-129F. There is a form that is to be signed at the interview but it is not that one. I think the one to be signed at interview is DS156 or Ds 156k one of the two. I'm not sure about the roman numeral question though. For country, sometimes my husband and i wrote USA, sometimes United States or United states of america. depends which form and how much room there was to write it. For us, all of those three have been accepted.

Finally time for AOS.......

Thanks for the replies thus far. :)

There isn't too many people with a II, III or IV after their name, but hopefully somebody will know. I think it's safe to follow the format on my US Passport.

On another note, using all CAPS when filling out all the I-129F forms in Adobe as a PDF File is fine correct?

Thanks again,

J

we used all caps and we also filled some answers in using a pen when there wasnt enough space in the box to type.

Hey I have Jr. after my name. So I put my last name in all caps as per USCIS rules. Then put a comma and typed my Jr. It looked like this: Edwin Thomas KING, Jr. I hope this helps :) Good luck to you.
