RFE I-485

Hi VJ,

I recieved a RFE for my I-485 it is saying ... >>(i attached the image)<<

For people who cannot open the image, here is the text what is say on the image.

This office is unable to complete the processing of your Aplication to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,

(Form I-485) witouth initial information. Submit ALL the information requested below at one time. Failure to do so will

result in a denail. You must submit the information within 87 (eighty-seven) days to the following adress: U.S.

Department of homeland security, PO box 648004, Lee's summit, MO 64002. Include this letter with your response.

The Service will process your form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (if submitted) within 90 days of the

reciept of your missing initial evidence.

All copies must be clear and legible. If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be submitted

with a full English translation. The translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is

cometent to translate. You must submit both the forgein document and the English translation.

[X] Submit a complete and signed Form I-864 Affidavit Of Support for the petitioner/sponsor listed on Form I-130 or Form I-129F

--- Even if a joint sponsor will be used the petitioner/sponsor must submit Form I-864. (The Form I-134 is not acceptable to

--- use for Adjustment Of Status.) Also provide copies of the petitioner/sponsor's most recent Federal income tax returns.

So my Question is ...

Do i need to send them again a I-129F Form ? becauz we allready sended them one when we started the whole application from K-1 Visa.

Do i need to need to translate my birthcertificate ? because there is no Reqest for that.

Can i use more than 1 sponsor ? if so do i need to send them more than 1 I-129F ? or just send it like that?

Please help , this letter confuse me alot.

I have so much Questions i want to ask but i just cant name them...

So dose that mean that there will be 2 times I-864 ?

Or just 1 for the one who is sponsoring me ?

And if the One sponsering me is difrent than the other sponsor i had ... must there be a other one from form I-129F made ?

Cauz First her mother signed for me the form I-864 in first placeor my K-1 Visa ...

but now her Brother wants to sign it for me because he earns way more than her mother.

Or is it just that he needs to make/sign the Form I-864 ? and thats it ?

your wife who will be your sponsor needs to complete and sign an I-864 and include a copy of her most recent Federal income tax return.

her brother who will co-sponsor needs to complete and sign an I-864 and include a copy of his most recent Federal income tax return.

Your American spouse MUST complete an I-864, even if they don't make enough money. That RFE implies that you sent one for a co-sponsor, but not for your American spouse.
