I think the address system in Ghana is very poor and therefore you will have to go pick it up from the embassy, they will contact you via phone , and the answer to your second question ,I personally don't think its great idea to let someone pick the packet 3 for you, you have to be there because you can't trust people, you are required to be there for your packet 3.

Visited Accra on June 26, 2011 ( For two weeks)

Sept 14, 2011 Mailed the petition express

You will need to pick it up yourself.

Best way to get pickup date is to email them. You need the letter to say your pickup is available. Phone calls do not provide this

I can't find it but there was a topic about someone else trying to pick up the packet-. Any other Ghana members remember this? From 2009 or 10... can't seem to locate it.
