paying for visa delivery?

I know my fiance and I aren't at this part yet, and it looks like the cost is 14.80 for visa delivery? However, do you have to pay by card? Or can you pay with money? Thanks.

that's the page that i wanted that i seemed incapable of finding! problem is his bank has been giving him a hard time so he's gotten rid of them. guess he'll have to find a new bank so he can get a new card and put money on it. darn it.

he might find it easier to get a prepay credit/debit card than actually opening a new bank account. definitely worth checking out :)

apparently he's never heard of one . . . does anyone know where you can get them at?

i cant think of a reason why he couldnt use one. it might not be the cheapest option as you might have to pay a small amount for the card and sometimes there is a small fee per transaction but it is worth looking in to.

i wonder if there is a way for you or someone else to pay the delivery fee using your own card?? im sure this cant be the first time this problem has come up :)

I wasn't sure if he should call the consulate and ask them that or not? I hate that he had such a problem with his bank and I don't think he needs too get a new one cause there doesn't seem to be any point being so far in this already. I found an "Orange" card that is a 5 pound charge for it but free for transactions and he can just load up the money he needs on it in town and hopefully be done with it. He says he'll look into that, it looks like it can be used as a credit or debit and could also get his name on it as well. Which I don't see why it wouldn't work?
