Hi, I need advise about I-864 AOS, my interview is coming next week, originaly i have a joint sponsor becuase my husband does not make the requiered income, NVC accepted my joint sponsor taxes from 2009,2008,2007 they where perfect, now i know that at the interview they will need the 2010 tax returns, but the joint sponsor does not qualify according to those 2010 taxes because he reported looses from a bussines investment he did, so line 22 (total income) shows $13,000 wich is way to low to sponsor, his letter of employment (new one from last week) says he makes about 30,000 per year and have been employed at the same company for over 8 years, other VJ members advise me to better get another joint sponsor, so i did get a new joint sponsor wich qualify. so

- Since i am going to the interview next week, should i wait until the Consular officer say somethig about that, and be ready to reject me? or should i tell from the beganing and mention that i have a backup joint sponsor ready in case they need it?

- If they say i need another joint sponsor, and i provide my new joint sponsor papers at the interview, will they approve the visa rigth then? or are they going to take another week to review them and then give me an answer.

Thanks.
