Yes u have to pay for their visas separate too.. N their medicalz n aos fee 88 dollaz plus their tickets to cum there..n u said wen it gets to vsc u don't ave to pay anything more there from that 840 dollaz fo file

Visa is $404 each, AOS $88 this will be paid after VSC (Vermont Service Center) approved the petition and sends the case to NVC (National Visa Center), about the DNA it depends if the embassy requests for it I dont know the price but I know it costs a lot. Medical is around $350 in Philippines price varies depends on the place. I hope this helps

yes, a whole heap of money!

once VSC approves the I-130 they will forward it to NVC

At that stage you will pay the IV bill $404 and the AOS fee $88 x2

Once you've submitted all the paperwork to NVC and paid the fees they will assign your parents an interview date.

I am not 100% clear on applying for parents, but I will get Ricardo to come help with anything I have missed.

As for the Medical it is $90 or $100 plus shots, per person depending on where you go.

Here is the info on the medical facilities in JA: http://kingston.usembassy.gov/dna_testing_procedures.html

Was your Father added to your birth certificate later in your life?

It is not 100% they will ask for DNA, which sucks because you get all the way to interview and do not know if it is needed until you get there. IF he was added to your BC late, it is very probable they will want a DNA test. Here is a link to the Embassy website about DNA testing procedures and it has a link to the approved testing facilities. Someone I know contacted The Red Cross (who is on the list of approved places) for their test and it was $500. http://kingston.usembassy.gov/dna_testing_procedures.html

Your parents will also need Police Certificates ;)

Best of luck in this new journey! (F)

I'm 100% sure they will ask for DNA, my dad's name is still not on my birth certificate and that's just common assault in Jamaica. All of this is so because mothers will leave the hospital with their babies and will have to return to the birth registration office, which is sometimes not located on hospital premises, to register their babies. It's not normal for fathers to go to the hospital anyways, i'ts your sister, cousin or a friend that will come and get you. Fathers had to go to work, no time for hospital when you ain't got PTO lol.
