:crying: hello all i am new to VJ, i am paitenting waiting for my responce for my I-130 its now been over five months, also i am wondering if i should file a k-3 form while i am waiting my husband lives in Jamaica and i heard that they dont grant Jamaicans k-3 visa please help any feedback is appreciated thanks!!!! :

Your profile says you are Adjustment of Status, but you post in the Greencard Holders forum. Can you clarify whether you are a US citizen or greencard holder? If greencard holder, it will be another 2.5 years or so until the visa process will start.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
