Dear Jeff,

I was an IR1/CR1 case....so there are some differences. I filled out an I864EZ, which is the simplest form of form I864. You include last years W2 (prior 2 years optional). You're military, so I'm unfamiliar with that. I sent a letter from employeer (state of Maryland), about 6 recent pay stubs, and last year tax return.

This was sufficient. I make well above the poverty level and had no problem whatsoever. You are K1 so things may be different, but just review the different forms at USCIS and they more or less explain themselves.

Thank you for your service!

Regards,

Magnus....proud Virginian & NAVY brat
