Hello VJ community, glad to be back at the forum.

I tried today to access my account but I can no longer remember my password. My computer have had problems in the past months and I lost some data. I requested a new password but even that could not open my account. So I decided to create a new one and this is what I am using now. But I would be happier if to use my old account, is there anyway I can retrieve it? I still can see that my account is in the system so what is causing me not able to access? My last login was June, does it mean I am deleted?
