Have you ever been in a major department store or a 'big box' store?

I was last week, I got in line with my stuff and I chose, what I thought, was the shortest, quickest line. Well, I ended up waiting and waiting while lines beside me were moving along just fine. People who entered lines behind me were moving ahead of me and checking out before me

How unfair?

Well, it turns out that this lady in the front of my line had a complicated check out, and she required more time so she held up all the people in my line

The service centres work the same way. If you are in a queue and stuck behind something you cannot control, while it stinks you still just have to wait

Good luck

It isn't always ..when we were waiting on our K1, they were the fastest! My quite a bit, and VSC was slow.

It's swings and roundabouts really. At the moment, if you are filing for ROC, CSC is way way ahead of VSC.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

It's not, I know that doesn't make you feel better but when we filed at VSC, CSC was approving in a mater of weeks, which is SO frustrating for those of us at VSC

Good luck

It's pretty funny. Whenever I go to a big grocery store with my friends and when we go to the counter with our carts.

She just looks at the number of people in line for each counter. I mostly look at how much stuffs people have in their cart and sometimes how enthusiastic the cashier is.laughing.gif
