So we sent our Packet 3 papers back to the Embassy and it said in the initial letter that we received when getting the packet 3 that it would take no longer than 10 days. Well it's been allot longer than that and still have not received anything regarding an interview date.

My question is - one of our friends went through the Embassy in Cairo and they were told that if they call to check on the status that their papers would be delayed. I am not sure if that was because of repeated calling or what. So do I dare call to ask what the status is on our papers?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
