I was browsing online and found this:

http://www.visalawyerblog.com/2012/01/adjustment_of_status_for_alien_1.html

Basically saying if you're a VWP overstayer and have married a USC .. You WILL be approved when filing for AOS.

Couldn't find anything else so wondering if it's legit info or not?

It's legit, but his title is misleading. This guy has been following closely the changes in policy in VWP overstayers who file for AOS. As it was recently, most offices were adjudicating them normally, and San Diego was flat-out denying. This message says that San Diego has been told to adjudicate those cases normally, and not penalize them for the overstay. It doesn't mean every case will be approved automatically, but that the overstay won't be a factor (which is the same for spouses of USCs who entered on real visas).

Thanks for the link! Good to see an update.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
