Hey Guys, thanks for all the help you've given me. Long story short, I got letter for initial evidence for form I-864 saying I need to file complete federal income tax return for my sponsor for the year 2010. Since my father in law owns a business, I had filed 1040, Schedule C EZ, Self employment Tax and Profit and loss from business for the last three years. But they are saying it's not enough. Also they are making me submit I-864A since my mother in law is the president of that business and her income is used in the household. Assuming that I am just now filling out form I-864, Can anyone please clarify to me exactly what documents require to be submitted for I-864 and I-864A? And is it too late to just send them transcripts of Tax Returns to put an end to this unnecessary delay? Thanks again.

Well, It is not to late to get tax transcripts! I judt order mine for the last 3-4 years. It takes about 5-10 days to recieve them by mail. Goto the IRS website and search for tax transcripts.

Good Luck!
