Please Help! RFE at Interview

She sounds less than pleasant, I'll give you that. They don't tell you if you have red flags or are suspicious, though. If you got an RFE for more evidence of a bonafide relationship that means there was a red flag. She didn't believe you were living together as husband and wife and wanted proof. Does that mean she should act rudely? No. But chances are you aren't going to have to deal with her again as you probably only need to drop off or mail in your evidence.

. She is clearly just another disgruntled government employee or maybe just enjoying her "power" over other people's lives. she has a sign in her office that says "I can only please one person per day, Today in not your day, Tomorrow doesnt look good either." Its sitting right behind her desk, so your forced to stare at it through the entire interview.

That is extremely unprofessional, especially under the circumstances. After you are through this you might want to write a letter to the Director of the USCIS office where you interviewed, and suggest that it would be appropriate for her to remove that sign out of public view. In her position - and in that interviewing room - that is extremely unprofessional.

Good luck with submitting the evidence. Inundate her with everything you have - every statement, every card, every little piece of mail, a number of affidavits. She has to take the time to read all of them - which it sounds like will annoy her - but she will have sufficient evidence that she will not have grounds upon which to deny your petition.

Sometimes, people really are just jerks. Maybe she's jealous because she doesn't have anyone special in her life. It might help to feel sorry for her when you gather your evidence. She's got to be a very unhappy person.

Medical insurance under the petitionier's health care plan would be ideal

Bank verification letter stating both of us have a joint bank account.

retirement account beneficiary showing your wife .

Tax filing as married (1040) as joint same address.

Folks they are many ways to prove validity of relationship.. make sure you have more than enough documentation at your interview.
