hello vj members,,

before i ask this question here..

I JUST HAD MY INTERVIEW YESTERDAY AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR THIS..WHAT SHUD I DO..WE CANT FIND ANY CO SPONSOR CUZ NOBODY WANTS..

*From a Qualified Join Sponsor

*Affidavit of support(I-864) with original signature

*US Federal Income Tax Return(s) for year(s) 2010

*W-2 form(s) for year(s) 2010

*Form I-864A signed by joint sponsor and spouse/co-resident with original signatures

*Evidence of US citizenship or status US Permanent Resident

*Evidence of current sustained income

And now we found a co sponsor but its only 1 and it is his aunt..and she is going to fill out the I-864..is 1 co sponsor enough or we need more??pls need answer..ty in advance..

6/09/11.......NOA2 approved
12/07/11.....Visa fee paid at BPI

6/11/13.......2nd visa fee payment
7/10-11/13.. Medical Exam completed@St.Lukes Clinic
1/15-16/14.. 2nd Medical exam updated
1/21/14...... k1 interview-Visa Approved
.....................................................................
8/29/14...... Submitted AOS application
10/03/14.....Biometrics
01/07/15.....Received my EAD card

01/31/15..... I got my SSN from the mail

04/20/15......AOS Interview - Approved :star:

4/24/15 .......Got the Driving Permit Card

4/30/15 .......Green Card Received :) (Exp.4/20/17)

Interesting that Manila asked for a co-sponsor.

Glad someone came through for you!.

his aunt just called him and she change her mind to be our co sponsor..she said she dont want to take the risk...this cant be happening='(

if ever she will change her mind again..your husband has to fill out I864 and for his aunt I-864A

my husband's friends are willing to be our co sponsor..yehey!!!!...are they qualified?..are we going to have a big chance to get my visa if his friends are going to be our co sponsor??..thanks in advance
