Hi! My stepfather is going to filed a I-130 for me as an immidiate relative because im under 21 years old.

He has plans to moved abroad in a couple of years, but i readed that the Sponsor in this case my stepfather has to have a domicile in the US for 5 years until i become a US citizen.

Is this correct?

Also, I have another question, when i get the green card could i apply to a Re-entry Permit 1 moth later that i got my green card? Thanks.

Yes, he can move as soon as you have entered the USA.

Household is your stepdad, mom, and any kids or other dependents either of them have, even if they do not live in the same house.

Even adults are include in the household?

he is in the retirement process what documentation should he includes?

Adults are only included if they are part of the household, financially, So for example a room mate doesn't count, but your mom counts because they are in the same family, part of the same tax filing etc.

He should include proof of his income, so pay stubs, or retirement payments. A bankstatement for 6-12 months showing regular income can help too, as well as a list of assets (house, shares, savings etc).
