No noa1 , i asked for expedite!

So we mailed our petition january 14 th by fedex, it took us a month to gather every proof about our daughter's born in the USA health issues so we could expedite. I wrote expedite all over the packet per vj advice. I have not received a confirmation they got it yet. I sawob fedex that i has been delivered. I know it can take a while but most people i see has received 2-3 after being deluvered. I am going to drive myself crazy checking my email. I want to know if they got it so i can call and confirm the need of expedite.

When did fedex deliver? Has your check been cashed?

Expedite, even if granted, can only start when they look at the package and yours may not even have been opened yet.

Was a completed Form G-1145, Email Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance included in the original petition packet? Your OP didn't mention it.

As noted in the forum Guides, this is an optional form. However, I included it in my K-1 petition packet, and received email notification several days before getting the NOA1 notice in the snail mail.

I sent the I-130 petition for my Husband as well on the January 14th and it was delivered on 17th, and I have not received an email notification as yet, as well. I went to my local USCIS office yesterday morning to ask about Expedite, and they said try back on Tuesday, if I haven't received my NOA 1. Nothing was in the system as yet. So wait and then next week call customer service.
