I filed my N-400 with the Nebraska Service Center earlier this month. My paperwork was delivered on the 12th but my check still hasn't been cashed.

Can somebody tell me if they're just generally a bit slow in NE? Has somebody made the same experience?

Not sure it really matters but my package was delivered to the N-400 military point of contact as I'm applying for overseas naturalization since we're stationed in Germany.

Only about 18 days from that near two week Christmas break, then Martin Luther King's day off. Give them time to catch up.

I guess Nebraska takes their holiday break way more serious than the other centers then because when I compare the dates in the January filers thread, most people that filed around the same time I did, just with other centers, had their checks cashed within days of arrival.

But I guess I can't do anything but wait anyway... I hate waiting  So glad when it's all over
