IV fee bill was received but can not paid online

We have applied for for Mother in law and father in law. We have done paid $88.00 and mailed the AOS yesterday. The question I have is that my father in law IV bill is ready to be paid, but when I check my mother in law it is still not avaiable for me to pay. I just can not firgure out why. My father in law is been ready since January 31 but I am still wanting on my mother in law for I can pay both at this same time. Like I did the $88.00 and chocie of agent.

can someone tell me why??

Today is 4th day when i received my case number but still can not login into :DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent

BUT

can login into Fee Payment and can not select payment button

At AOS fee bill just be made one payment for both of them.. but for IV fee bill separately it does not come in the same time i would say takes weeks after You will get the second one

I have same situation. I guess I will wait for few more days.

I paid AOS fee on monday. Send i864 on tuesday.

Got IV fee invoice on mail on friday for all three family members.

BUt on web page no name or fee payment active.

I got an email to pay the Iv bill from nvc. So why can't I pay it, it says $0.00 under it and it's not selectable. Today's the second day of this, should I wait some or call nvc??
