hi everyone.. my fiancé and i last meeting was on may 2009 when he left to migrate in the US. since then we haven't met because of unemployment. then he joined the navy and became a US citizen and decided to apply a i-129f petition for me.. we understand that we need to meet within 2 yrs when filing the application.. now he can't come here to visit me because he is in the navy and can't have a long leave.. is it possible that we can file a waiver for that. I'm worried about it. does anyone have the same experience? help...

He is not going to get a waiver because he doesn;t have long leave- he can come for a long weekend, or wait till he gets out of the Navy, or you can apply for a tourist visa, or you can meet in a third country where it is easier for him to travel and you to get a tourist visa.
