Just as I thought all was over, boom! Another setback. NVC sends me I-864W. Sadly, the simple form is more complicated than I had imagined. Now, whose name goes on the part 3. Is it the sponsor or the intending immigrant? The signature portion is clearly spelt out. I'll appreciate forumers help.

I am not clear about your question. Can you write a more when you ask a questions, as I think, most of us don't have the I-864 in front of us to answer your question. What does the part 3 say and what is the actual question? The I-864 must be signed by the US Citizen petitioner. The beneficiary does not sign it.

Im not quite sure what an I-864W is. do you mean a normal I-864 ?, if so then part 3 is the section entitled

"information on the immigrants you are sponsoring"

Now what you fill out here depends on who you are sponsoring, i.e. if you are simply sponsoring the person named in part 2 then you tick the box that indicates this, the box provided in this section is incase you are sponsoring more than one person, if this was the case you would put their names here.

I hope that this has been of some help.. and like Simple_male said, please include as much information in your question as possible.. you will find that your repsonses will be a lot more forth coming.. !!!
