you risk to have her visa denyed. if you meet the 125% requirement you're supposed to support her, therefore it doesnt qualify for an expedite if you are, and if they dont belive you that you're above poverty level they will deny you. ive seen cases and me and my husband were in a similar situation. we prefered to wait 3 muonths and 3 weeks for the approval (which is not much at all) than get denyed. you should too
