NVC sends all that stuff to GUZ IV - so she not need to bring that stuff

unless

you have an updated I-864 by the time of interview.

This is a great time to make sure she has all of the relationship/marriage evidence covered in the I-130 instructions, those 6 types of evidence - she can bring them all to the interview. Sure, have her bring copies of all the stuff you submitted on evidence, prior - just in case it got dropped out somewhere along the way.

At some point, GUZ IV will send her the packet 4, containing the appointment letter. Once she has that, she can go for the medical exam.

You using any evolution of relationship letter?

Good Luck !

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

yup - this is the 2nd instance this month where the interview letter isn't mailed out - and it was emailed instead.

Just print it out.

your relationship evidence sounds good - what about receipts for tickets and hotels and maybe a complete copy of your passport, showing the china visa stamps?

any financial co-mingling, getting her name on the utility bills, or insurance POD instructions naming her?

restudy the instructions on the I-130 - see if you have any of that stuff or can make any (not all, la) of that stuff.

Bring the child's USA passport - that's a great bit of relationship evidence.

Unsure if you will need an EOR or no - you have any red flags ? ( see GUZ IV red flags - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/234971-red-flag-list-for-visa-denial/page__hl__appointment )

nope. Just bring em.

you are native Chinese speaker? if so, you should document that fact in an evolution of relationship letter. todayish. or this weekendish.

one of the things to cover in an EOR is HOW you two communicate, btw. Cover it there? Removes all uncertainty from the VO's mind.

GZ IV in not a cool place. It's a singularly evil, wicked, mean and nasty enclave.

here's my EOR example - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=260331&view=findpost&p=3995116

How to communicate is a big deal...

If you document it properly, though, in the EOR, she'll be ok.

re: documents in English - totally unrelated to 'how you communicate'..
