Need some advice

Hi everyone! I'm new here, just want to ask for advice. I just got married to my awesome soldier last Jan 14 and we're planning to prepare everything we need for my AOS but my problem is he will be going to deploy soon but still not have exact date when, so if we process my AOS right now, prolly by the time we get our interview date he's already gone. He said that they can still conduct the interview eventhough the petitioner is deployed overseas, but I'm not sure about it. Should we just wait till he comes back from deployment or should we do it now?

Do it now. You can have your interview without him. The interview requirements are adjusted to accommodate you, and having a greencard and legal presence is a very good thing.

Thank you so much Harpa! Though I'm still wondering, if the IO ask where's the petitioner il just say he's deployed? We will do this now, thanks again 

Yes, and bring evidence of this. They have dealt with this before!

Alright, I guess we just need some proof like official orders or a letter from his CO and the rest of other evidence that we need prior the interview. Thanks guys!
