I would think they are going to have to need her birth certificate. Can you get it sent from Mexico somehow? have you also paid the 404$ fee?

No, my wife told me she has to pay something like 450... is that it, and what is that btw???, and when am i gonna get an envelope with all the instructions for which doctor's office to take the exam, and all the other info...i'm so lost, and was thinking that the DS 230 I and II i will get from them, but now i see that i actually have to do it digitaly myself on the computer and i dont even have a printer so i mean like, most of the people here think if they put a guide how to do something or give you a link to i dont know what... that they helped, and made it simple to us ''retards'' who actually dont speak english as theyre native!!!well please dont send me more links to pages where i can get the right informations, if you cant answer than please dont play smart*** :) once again thank you all for your kindness and help!

OP:

Your wife will not need to submit her birth certificate with the Affidavit of Support (AOS) because it is not required or needed. The purpose of the forms and documentation related to AOS is financial. Specifically, does she qualify to sponsor you on her own or will she require a joint sponsor. For her to qualify to sponsor you on her own, her income must be greater than or equal to 125% of the poverty line for her household size, if she cannot meet that 125% threshold on her own, she will require a joint sponsor.

As for the DS-230, since you do not have a printer (and I'm assuming you don't have access to one either based on your statements), your wife can print out the DS-230 (filled in with all pertinent information), mail it to you, you sign it (Part I only), and then you can mail the form and required accompanying documentation to the NVC yourself your can mail the package to your wife and she can send it to the NVC.

After the NVC completes processing of your case and before you have the visa interview, you will need a medical examination. The information below is pasted directly from this US Embassy in Belgrade page.

Medical Requirement

All immigrant visa applicants and family members regardless of age should have a general medical examination. Medical examinations must be obtained prior to the immigrant visa interview at one of the following medical facilities:

  • Private Physician at the General Medicine Clinic Tel: 2451-919 or 064/199-8867 (9:00 - 13:00)
  • International Organization for Migration Tel: 2424-918, 2402-228, 3821-703, 063/214-253 (9:00 - 16:00)

Please note that you must call first to schedule an appointment.
