Last April we applied for an F2B Visa for my stepdaughter in the Philippines. We realized that the wait will be more than a decade. However, when we submitted the forms, the USCIS website said it would take 7 months to process the forms. I checked about six months later and it had gone to 18 months just to process the friggin forms. I checked today and it now read 48.8 months. Be a real pain to get an RFE after four years. So much for a five month goal.

Processing Times

1). Select a form type... I-130

2). Select a form sub-type Select one...Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21

3). Select an office... Select one... California Service Center

How to calculate your cycle time

USCIS National Goal - 5.0 Month(s)

USCIS National Average - 19.1 Month(s)

California Service Center - 48.8 Month(s)
