I sent my k1 package to the TSC yesterday via USPS next day, with signature confirmation

today when i tracked the package this is what came up

I got the exact same thing when I sent my K1 package to Texas Service Center. I was crazy! But all for nothing. They next day, the status changed. Then I was in line like all the others for a long wait. Also, you'll eventually be transferred to Calif Svc Center. It'll be OK!

Thanks, but what does this mean. I mean its saturday tomm. so you think monday they will recieve it, i just dont want the package getting lost or coming back to me and wasteing time

It really is not a big deal. But I understand your thinking. I was ballistic! I called the Post Office. I argued with folk. "How can there be no one available at a Government office to sign for a delivery"? I thought I was going to bust a blood vessel!

By Monday it will be signed for. If I recall correctly, mine was signed for early in the morning. It is not lost. USPS will redeliver and get the signature acceptance.

I keep telling folks the signature confirmation is costing them a day, the service center picks up the mail very early...if you send your package registered without the signature requirement, it goes straight into their box- no delay

It'll get there. It means they just have to send it again to get a signature, and they'll get it next time. No worries.

It's impossible to say - every case is different, if you get an RFE, how fast CSC is processing, etc. Since there are still people from March and April, you should plan on 3-5 months to be safe.
