Lost passport after applying for AOS

After applying for EAD, AP and AOS i lost my passport (i don't know where is it or where i put it or if somebody took it) i already checked the whole house but is nowhere to be found, my questions would be:

1. Is this going to affect my petition of AOS based on a K-1 visa, i already have NOA 1, Biometrics appointment (done), and a letter stating that my case was transfer to california.

2. To the dominicans, how can i get a passport from the dominican republic? My current location is San Antonio, Tx

3 Do I have to go to the police department and what would be my id in the mean time?

You need the passport if you have an interview. Did you lose your original I-94 as well? If your case was transferred to CA you probably won't have an interview but that isn't guaranteed.

You can apply for a new passport at the nearest Dominican consulate. http://www.domrep.org/other_c.html

It takes several months so the sooner the better.

10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM
11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.
11.04.2010 - Text/Email (2nd) - EAD card sent for production
11.08.2010 - Text/Email (3rd) - EAD approved
11.10.2010 - EAD received
12.11.2010 - Interview letter received - 01.13.11
01.13.2011 - Interview - no decision on the spot
01.24.2011 - Approved! Card production ordered!

This list is of Dominican Republic Consulates in the US. It doesn't say which one has jurisdiction for TX so contact the one closest to you and go from there.

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

If you have an interview, they will need the expired I-94. The sooner you report it the better it will be. You will have documented proof of your report. I think you can also request a copy of your the information on your I-94 using the number as reference. Check the USCIS for information on lost I-94. I hope it was an anxious oversight and it is somewhere in the house. All the best

Thank you very much for the information provided but thank to the Lord i found it, it was in my car in a very tricky place under the drivers seat, i did look there before but the way i did it didnt let me see it so i went again and again (4 times today) and i found it along with a debit card that was also lost, thank you again for the good wishes.
