Proof of Communications?

I have sent in my packet, received my NOA1, got an RFE, sent those in, and now waiting for NOA2. When I mailed my packet in I sent in all of our messages from facebook and skype. I am trying to help my fiance get things organized for interview at embassy. How much proof of evidence is sufficient from facebook and skype does she need to provide at the embassy? Does she need all the messages or how should I go about getting this information on paper without having 900 pages of skype and facebook? Anybodies help would be appreciated. Her embassy is Kiev, Ukraine.

Just couple pages of skype logs and facebook messages will be enough. She should bring pictures of you together too.I brought 3 pages of Skype logs and couple e-mails and din't have any problems. Good luck!

How about sending some "real" evidence?

There's no need to prove you communicate every day. There's need to prove you have an ongoing relationship. You can facebook/skype all day but that doesn't prove anything.

Try sending some snail-mail and "special" stuff. Cards, letters, etc. Maybe a receipt from flowers. Pictures. Stuff like that.

Try sending some snail-mail and "special" stuff. Cards, letters, etc. Maybe a receipt from flowers. Pictures. Stuff like that.

I have emails and pictures also. Skype and facebook messages are real evidence also.

We never provided any kind of snail mail stuff. I just provided logs of IMs, phone receipts, and emails. Never had a problem with it.

we did not use facebook or skype so we presented -0- and got approved without question.

That said we DID present emails. I gave them THREE emails from each of us, basically random emails of medium length. I also printed an email log which listed the other 1500+ emails but did not give the text. They never looked at any of it.

We also had evidence of 6 visits I made to Ukraine during our 1 year relationship, a stack of phone bills, etc. They really did not look at any of it but I would bring it all again.

Sure, bring whatever you have. There is no such thing as too much and you can take it back with you when you walk out with a smile on your face!

I am glad you went to the interview, more than anything it helps your fiancee who is very nervous right now (you might be also ) Kiev is fairly easy to deal with, make SURE you have all your documents (birth certificates, etc) and present some plausible evidence and it should be a breeze. Exactly what I told Tatiana, can't have too much but can have too little, so better to be prepared. We definitely have plenty of evidence with pictures and receipts of us around Kharkov and during Christmas and New Year's celebrations. I hope that within 2 weeks to receive NOA2 as VSC received forms from RFE this past Tuesday.

I had 200+ pages of Google and Skype Chats, 200+ pages of phone logs, pictures, and my visits to Ukraine.

They only looked at one picture of us in Dominican Republic on vacation and that was it. We were approved in no time. They gave the rest of the evidence back. (What a waste of paper, and then my PhD dissertation is in Environmental Sustainability, hmmmm wondering if I should interview the Kyiv Embassy employees )
