last week, on jan 13th, i got a checklist letter from nvc to ask me to submit the proof of eligibility to show i can be interviewed in canada. ( for me, it is my canada visa)/

so i sent my canada visa to nvc on that night..

jan 16th, i received a letter from nvc indicating that they have received my documents.

but today, i got another checklist letter from nvc, which also requires me to submit the proof of eligibility.

it is so weird cuz i have sent canada visa before.

so i called to an operator, she told me that she will ask a supervisor to review my case.

just in case, my husband resent my canada visa, this is the third time to sent the visa.

in order to check if nvc has received the documents, i called operator again.

but this time, the operator told me that he cant tell me anything cuz supervisor is reviewing my case.

so i really want to know is there something wrong with my case?

sometimes there is an overlap in when NVC receives a requested document (and enters it into the system) with when they send a reminder RFE so wait couple of days and send them an email. Hopefully by then they would have reconciled your file. people have had an RFE for DS-230 while revieving their AOS documents ( even though both documents were mailed together) or vice versa.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

You won't know until after the supervisor reviews your case. No crystal balls here on VJ.
