or how about i try to bring her using any visitor visa, once she is usa I will marry her again in here. is this work or no chance at all... thank a lot everyone for helping me out.

Desi Bhai,

The only option you have is File for i-130 application along with supporting documents. Since you have 4 years of your green card, you could apply for your citizenship after 9 months. In the mean time your I-130 will get approval. Once you got your citizenship, you could upgrade your case and have your wife here in the USA by 1-1.5 years.

I hope this info will help..:star:

guys, my wife is 19 years old, and myself is 24 :) so the age is not a problem at all and its legal in both country. I don't really care about her education since I am making enough money lol, I am just concerning about only 1 thing how to bring her here. So far what you guys suggest I see I have no chance at all in a year or two :(

Why I am thinking to bring her using visit visa cause I didn't claim anywhere that I am married, so if she be able to come her it will be our first marriage we will forget about the fast. thats what i am thinking though

Being married doesn't preclude her from applying for a tourist visa. Her age and marriage to you will make it difficult to get, but you only lose the cost of the visa. A B2 denial is generally without prejudice. So if money is not an object, you could have her try for the tourist visa. She does have to be truthful about marriage and intent to only visit and anything else they ask. Also show as many strong ties to her country as possible.

Keep in mind the tourist visa is only to visit for six months or less - not for remaining permanently. It's also possible she could be approved for the visa and then be denied entry at inspection. So while it is an option, make sure the financial risks are acceptable.
